Theta was founded in 1999 as a joint venture between UNiQUARE Software, Consulting GmbH, an Austrian banking solutions provider and a team of veteran bankers who envisioned an efficient, comprehensive and value-adding credit system for banks.

Since Theta’s incorporation, we have pioneered loan origination workflows, working with large banks in the ASEAN, Europe and U.S. regions, enhancing and improving loan origination processes to stay ahead of the market.
